Crew
The Sea to Sky area (Vancouver to Whistler) is home to incredibly talented individuals. Producers, DP's, Directors, or Technicians–we have a large community of professionals who are comfortable working outdoors on variable terrain in any weather or fast-paced studio environments. Our team is constantly growing and positive. Can-do attitudes are essential.
Budgeting
It is our honour to be responsible for budgeting your project. As business owners ourselves, we understand your need to account for everything. We’re accurate, thorough and confident to carry projects through the entire process.
Equipment Rental
We take great pride in our equipment. It is clean, up to date, and tested regularly. Over the years, we've found the solutions that suit our working style best and are happy to share this experience with clients. In addition, our extensive relationships with rental houses and independent owners add diversity and security to our rental network.
Casting
British Columbia is home to a diverse talent pool–from world-class athletes to skilled models, actors, and stunt people. We have good relationships with casting directors and talent agencies that are easily accessible and willing to help.
Tax Credits
Provincial and Federal Tax Credits reward international productions relieving budgetary stress involved with travelling projects. Our knowledge and preparation from the beginning of your project can help the process run smoothly and save you money on the back end.
Backcountry operations
Bringing production to the backcountry can be a daunting task. We offer security to productions looking to film in beautiful mountain locations with the right people and systems. We have an extensive network of trained mountain guides certified by the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides. We work with aviation companies for remote access and film technicians who both work and play in the mountains, ocean, rivers, and everywhere in between.
Stunts
British Columbia is home to some of the most talented stunt people and professional action sports athletes globally. Working with stunts takes preparation, practice, skilled stunt people, and coordinators. Safety is our number one priority every day–whether or not stunts are on the agenda.
Post Production
Vancouver–and all of British Columbia–is a significant hub for motion pictures shot in Canada. We have many resources at our disposal, from colour correction to sound design. We offer in-house editing services and full post-production supervision.
